Two Centuries of Smith
The exhibition called 'TWO CENTURIES OF SMITH', featured the artwork of Kim Smith and his great great grandfather and grandmother. The artwork is hyper-realistic images created with coloured pencil and graphite pencil on paper.
Canadian-born, Nassau-based artist K Smith, known for his hyperrealistic pencil drawings. With a 45-year practice, Smith is one of the leading pencil artists in North America, The Bahamas, and the Caribbean region. His ancestral understanding of creativity, attention to detail, and technical precision have led him to create some of the most unbelievable hyperrealistic images in graphite and colored pencil in The Bahamas.
